TERMS OF SALE
WarrantyAll CLOWARD instruments are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Any instrument that proves defective in workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced at our discretion free of charge.
Except for the express warranty stated above, CLOWARD Instrument Corporation disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness. The stated warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties.
Return Goods PolicyCLOWARD instruments may be returned for full credit, exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Instruments returned after 30 days of the invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The following will not be accepted under this return goods policy, but will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Instruments:
1. held for more than 60 days
2. that have been used
3. without original packaging and labeling
4. and discontinued items.
PricesPrices are as listed in the current CLOWARD Instruments Price List and are subject to change without notice. Prices in the Price List are for one unit.
Prices do not include shipping charges. Standard surface shipments require special instructions and these costs will be pre-paid and added to the invoice, F.O.B. shipping point.
